Chef-Owners Steve Swiatczak and Adler Kennedy bring together nearly half a century of combined culinary experience — honed right here in Lake Country — to create a dining experience that is both deeply rooted and genuinely inspired.
Steve and Adler have spent their careers cooking in the kitchens of Lake Country, building relationships with local farmers along the way. That foundation shows in every dish — made from scratch, driven by the seasons, and crafted with the kind of care that only comes from decades in the trade.
